Do you need a copy of my NDIS Plan?

You do not have to send us your NDIS plan. However, we do need your NDIS number and an agreement that if you do not have funding in the required area that you will pay for any services provided. Providing us with certain aspects of your NDIS plan ensures a smooth process from referral through the completion of service.
